Delivery :-

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, and are very efficient at dispatching on time. You will almost certainly receive your order within 5 days unless longer delivery times are indicated within the product descriptions (even taking weekends and bank holidays into account). However we cannot be held accountable for things that are outside of our control, such as postal strikes or exact timing of delivery. International orders are generally received within 15 days, but please contact for surcharge rates. All products are dispatched via private courier or the post office and must be signed for.

Non Arrival :-

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the goods within 7 to 10 working days you must contact us immediately to inform us. We cannot accept claims for additional items after that time..
